National Team Mentoring

Kayleigh Clark

Kayleigh is a 2025 USA Diving national team member with her sights on the LA 2028 Olympic Games

We have been working together to prepare her not just to handle the pressure of high level competition, but to thrive in it

Kayleigh set clear objectives for herself and implemented techniques that boosted her confidence and tapped into her competitive nature so that in those moments that really count, she was ready to rise to the occasion

Using these strategies, Kayleigh just won a bronze medal in the NCAA Championships putting together a personal best performance in a world-class final

We’re now focused on building off that performance heading into American Cup and USA Diving Summer National Championships

“Working with Max helped me feel more prepared for my last championship season! He guided me in approaching big meets with a clear, achievable plan to help me perform under pressure. Everything we worked on had a purpose, and it helped me feel more focused, confident, and in control when I competed on the big stage!”

Kylie Flory

Kylie is a D1 NCAA diver at The Ohio State University

When we began working together, Kylie was excelling in practice but struggling to compete at the same level

After a rough event at Winter Nationals, we focused on putting together a solid competition routine and developing Kylie’s skills for handling the nerves and pressure of competition in a way that worked for them

Kylie just made their debut at the World Cup Series in Montreal, handling the nerves and pressure with ease

Using the skills we worked on, Kylie was able to put together a performance reflective of their level of training, on one of the biggest stages in the world of diving

“Working with Max has given me the skills I needed to help me handle the pressure of competition so I can bring out the best of my diving. Where I’ve struggled with nerves and pressure before, Max has helped me work through it and dive the way I want to in competition!”
