Pick the category that best suits you for your goals as an athlete. When booking a session, I will ask you to describe the problems you are experiencing, your goals for these sessions, and any specific topics you would like to discuss during the sessions.

Choose a number of sessions

We can work with just a single session to start, however, I encourage you to take advantage of our packages of 4 or 8 sessions for consistent in-depth discussions over the course of a couple of months. The cost per session is discounted when purchasing a set of 4 or 8 sessions.

Standard Athlete Mentoring

These sessions are for divers of any skill level. Describe the issues you would like to address and we will create a plan to help you achieve your goals.

Elite Athlete Mentoring

These sessions are for divers competing at (or aiming to compete at) the national or international level and go further in depth into what it takes to be an elite athlete.

NCAA Athlete Mentoring

These sessions are for divers currently in the NCAA or aiming to enter the NCAA. We will discuss tactics to set yourself up for success in collegiate diving.

Video Analysis

These sessions will analyze videos of your diving side-by-side with divers who have mastered the technique you are struggling with. Please submit your videos through messages on your account.
